BIOGRAPHY OF HUBERT TODD MCCRAY, J.D

Mr. McCray was employed as an assistant county attorney with the Grayson County Attorney's Office from 1990 until 1992 where he prosecuted misdemeanor and felony offenses including appeals to the Texas Court of Appeals. Thereafter, he was employed as an assistant district attorney with the Bexar County District Attorney's Office from 1992 to until 1994 where he was responsible for prosecuting misdemeanor and felony offenses in municipal, county and district courts. During his tenor in both the county attorney and district attorney offices Mr. McCray prosecuted a wide variety of offenses for the State of Texas including Driving While Intoxicated, Possession, Delivery and Manufacture of Various Controlled Substances, Burglary, Weapons Offenses, Aggravated Assault, Sexual Assault, Aggravated Robbery, and Murder.

After leaving the district attorney's office in 1994, Mr. McCray entered the private practice of law and began representing individuals before both State and Federal Courts in criminal as well as civil proceedings. In addition to providing legal representation in variety of civil cases, including Family Law, Juvenile Law, Probate & Small Estates, Personal Injury and Small Business cases, Mr. McCray has continued to practice criminal law and was subsequently board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Criminal Law in 2002 based on his continued experience in the field of criminal law. Mr. McCray presently maintains a general law practice and continues to represent individuals in a variety of criminal as well as civil cases and contexts.
